2. Scope of Paramedic ServicesThe Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass the following operational components to be delivered across the Sri Lanka Colombo district and its surrounding suburbs:
- 24/7 emergency medical response with a maximum dispatch time of 8 minutes within the Colombo urban zone.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) interventions by certified Paramedic personnel.
- Pre-hospital trauma management, cardiac arrest response, and critical care transport.
- Medical escort services for inter-hospital transfers within Sri Lanka Colombo and to provincial hospitals.
- On-site medical support for large public events, corporate functions, and sporting events held in Colombo.
- Regular health screening and first-aid training programs for institutional clients in the Sri Lanka Colombo area.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Paramedic services may be subject to revision due to fuel cost fluctuations, regulatory changes, or market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this agreement shall hold valid certifications issued by the Sri Lanka Medical Council and the Department of Medical Services. Copies of credentials shall be provided prior to commencement of service.
- The client agrees to a minimum contract duration of twelve (12) months. Early termination shall incur a penalty equivalent to three months of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal quarterly installments. All payments shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account specified by MediCare Paramedic Services (Pvt) Ltd.
- Any additional Paramedic deployments beyond the scope defined herein (e.g., extra events, extended hours, or coverage in areas outside the Colombo district) shall be billed separately at the rates agreed upon in a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- MediCare Paramedic Services (Pvt) Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and vehicle insurance for all Paramedic operations conducted in Sri Lanka Colombo. Certificates of insurance shall be made available to the client upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
