- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of Paramedic personnel must be reconfirmed in writing by Zurich Emergency Medical Services AG.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Swiss statutory rate of 5% per annum.
- Paramedic Availability: The Paramedic personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate are dedicated to the client for the contract duration. Substitution of a Paramedic professional requires a minimum of 48 hours' written notice and must be approved by the client's designated medical officer.
- Swiss Regulatory Compliance: All Paramedic services rendered in Switzerland Zurich shall comply with the Federal Act on Medical Professions, the Zurich Cantonal Emergency Medical Services Ordinance, and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). Patient data shall be stored exclusively on Swiss soil in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
- Insurance & Liability: Zurich Emergency Medical Services AG maintains professional liability insurance of no less than CHF 5,000,000 per occurrence, as well as comprehensive vehicle and equipment insurance. The client shall be named as an additional insured party for the duration of the contract.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of ninety (90) days. In the event of termination, the client shall be liable for all Paramedic services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions within Switzerland Zurich.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Paramedic services in Switzerland Zurich.
