Scope of Paramedic Services – Thailand Bangkok

The Quotation Estimate below details the provision of fully certified Paramedic personnel, advanced life support (ALS) ambulances, and emergency medical response coverage across all administrative districts of Thailand Bangkok. All Paramedic staff are licensed by the Thai Ministry of Public Health and hold current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certifications. The Quotation Estimate reflects market-competitive rates for Paramedic services in Thailand Bangkok as of the date of issue.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on current Paramedic market rates in Thailand Bangkok as of June 2025. All figures are in Thai Baht (THB). Rates are subject to annual review in accordance with the Thai National Minimum Wage Act and prevailing emergency medical services industry standards in Thailand Bangkok. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all Paramedic service rates and vehicle costs listed herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month for the preceding month's Paramedic service delivery in Thailand Bangkok.
All Paramedic personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall be employees of Golden Lotus Medical Services Co., Ltd. and shall comply with all Thai labor laws, the Emergency Medical Services Act B.E. 2561, and applicable Thailand Bangkok municipal regulations.
The client reserves the right to request substitution of any Paramedic officer with 48 hours' written notice. The replacement Paramedic shall meet or exceed the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Response time guarantee: Paramedic units stationed in Thailand Bangkok shall arrive at the client's designated location within a maximum of eight (8) minutes during peak hours and five (5) minutes during off-peak hours.
Any additional Paramedic services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., inter-hospital transfers, mass casualty events, VIP medical escort) shall be billed separately at the rates appended in Schedule B of the master service agreement.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed.
All Paramedic patient data and operational records generated in Thailand Bangkok shall be handled in strict compliance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562.
Early termination: Either party may terminate the Paramedic service contract with ninety (90) days' written notice. A termination fee equivalent to two months' Quotation Estimate value shall apply if termination occurs before the 12-month term expires.
Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Thailand Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. This signature authorizes Golden Lotus Medical Services Co., Ltd. to proceed with Paramedic staffing and deployment planning upon formal contract execution.
