• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or civil unrest affecting Turkey Ankara.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a binding service agreement for the Paramedic operations described herein.
