This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediCare Istanbul Paramedic Services Ltd. to provide comprehensive, round-the-clock Paramedic coverage for the Grand Bosphorus Hotel & Convention Center located in the heart of Turkey Istanbul. The Paramedic services described herein are designed to meet the highest standards of pre-hospital emergency care as mandated by the Turkish Ministry of Health (Sağlık Bakanlığı) and in compliance with the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) guidelines adopted across Turkey Istanbul.
The Paramedic team assigned to this engagement will consist of certified Paramedic professionals holding valid Turkish Ministry of Health Paramedic licenses (112 Acil Sağlık Hizmetleri) and international certifications including ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and ITLS (International Trauma Life Support). All Paramedic personnel will be stationed on-site at the client's premises in Turkey Istanbul and will be available for immediate response to any medical emergency, mass casualty event, or scheduled medical support during large-scale conventions and events hosted at the venue.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Paramedic services in Turkey Istanbul may be subject to revision based on fuel costs, personnel wage adjustments, and regulatory changes.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this agreement will be employees of MediCare Istanbul Paramedic Services Ltd. and will not be considered employees or agents of the client. The client assumes no liability for the employment-related obligations of the Paramedic staff.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.
- The Paramedic services are subject to the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health. Any change in regulatory requirements affecting Paramedic operations in Turkey Istanbul will be communicated in writing within five (5) business days.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions in Turkey Istanbul, may temporarily suspend service delivery without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any Paramedic services commence.
- Confidentiality: All patient information, incident reports, and operational data related to the Paramedic services will be handled in strict accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK – Personal Data Protection Law).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined for the provision of Paramedic services at the specified location in Turkey Istanbul. This signature does not obligate either party to enter into a formal contract until a separate Service Agreement is executed.
