- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for Paramedic services in Birmingham, United Kingdom, are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and NHS staffing costs.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% payable in monthly instalments in arrears. All payments to be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) via BACS transfer to West Midlands Paramedic Services Ltd.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this agreement will be employed in accordance with UK employment law, including the Working Time Regulations 1998, and will carry valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000.
- West Midlands Paramedic Services Ltd reserves the right to substitute individual Paramedic staff with equally qualified personnel, provided the client is notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance must be confirmed by signature and return to the address stated above.
- All services will be delivered in strict compliance with the UK Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and applicable Birmingham City Council licensing requirements for emergency medical services.
- Any additional Paramedic call-outs beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard rate of £185.00 per hour per Paramedic officer, plus applicable travel charges within the Birmingham metropolitan area.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
