All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is applied at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue.
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs for the Paramedic services described herein and does not constitute a formal contract until a written Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed by both parties in the United Kingdom London jurisdiction.
3.2 All Paramedic personnel assigned to this engagement will be fully insured under professional indemnity cover of no less than £10,000,000 and public liability cover of no less than £5,000,000, in accordance with United Kingdom insurance regulations.
3.3 The client agrees to a minimum notice period of forty-eight (48) hours for scheduled Paramedic deployments within the London service area. Emergency call-outs within the United Kingdom London metropolitan region will be dispatched within fifteen (15) minutes of request, subject to operational availability.
3.4 Payment terms: Net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this estimate or the subsequent Paramedic service contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, with the primary venue being London.
3.6 The client acknowledges that all clinical decisions made by the deployed Paramedic professionals are governed by the Royal College of Paramedics Code of Professional Conduct and the NHS London Ambulance Service Clinical Policy Framework. Thames Critical Care Paramedic Services Ltd shall not be held liable for clinical outcomes that fall within the accepted standard of care for Paramedic practice in the United Kingdom.
3.7 Any variation to the scope of Paramedic services, including additional call-outs, extended shifts, or deployment to locations outside the defined London service zones, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
