This Quotation Estimate covers the full deployment of qualified Paramedic personnel across the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area, including but not limited to the city centre, Salford, Stockport, Oldham, and Bolton. All Paramedic staff will operate in accordance with the National Health Service (NHS) England clinical guidelines, the UK Ambulance Service standards, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The Paramedic team will provide triage, emergency medical treatment, patient stabilisation, oxygen therapy, intravenous access, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and safe patient transfer to the nearest appropriate NHS hospital facility within the Manchester and North West region.
Should the client require additional Paramedic hours, extended coverage beyond the dates specified, or deployment to locations outside the immediate Manchester, United Kingdom postcode area, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued at no additional administrative cost. All rates quoted are fixed for the validity period of this document and are inclusive of travel time within the Manchester urban boundary.
Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of Paramedic staff are subject to reconfirmation.
2. Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; balance due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payment by BACS transfer to Manchester Advanced Paramedic Services Ltd, United Kingdom.
3. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled Paramedic deployment will incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged at 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.
4. All Paramedic personnel are covered by the company's professional indemnity insurance (minimum £5,000,000) and public liability insurance (minimum £10,000,000), compliant with United Kingdom regulatory requirements.
5. The client agrees to provide a safe working environment for all deployed Paramedic staff in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and applicable United Kingdom legislation.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be provided by signing and returning this document or by written email confirmation referencing Quotation No. QTE-MAN-2025-0472.
7. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent provision of Paramedic services in Manchester, United Kingdom, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester.
