All Paramedic personnel deployed under this arrangement will hold valid Vietnamese medical practice licenses, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, and at least three years of documented field experience in urban emergency medicine. The services are designed to meet the operational requirements of corporate offices, international events, construction sites, and residential compounds located within District 1, District 3, District 7, Binh Thanh, and Thu Duc City.

All Paramedic personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate will report to the client's designated location in Ho Chi Minh City no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of each shift. Our Paramedic team operates in accordance with the Vietnamese Emergency Medical Response Protocol (Decree 132/2018/NĐ-CP) and international best-practice guidelines. • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiration due to currency fluctuation (USD/VND) or changes in Vietnamese regulatory requirements.
• Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; remaining 50% due by the 5th business day of each subsequent month. Payments accepted via bank transfer to our account at Techcombank, Ho Chi Minh City branch.
• Contract Duration: Minimum engagement period of three (3) months. Renewal is on a month-to-month basis with thirty (30) days' written notice for termination by either party.

The client assumes no liability for medical decisions made by our Paramedic team within the scope of their professional judgment.
• Confidentiality: All patient information, incident reports, and operational data collected during the provision of Paramedic services in Ho Chi Minh City shall be treated as strictly confidential and handled in compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP).
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control, as commonly experienced in the Ho Chi Minh City region during monsoon season.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
