All Paramedic personnel are registered with the Zimbabwe Health Professions Council (ZIMPHCA) and hold current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certifications. The services are designed to meet the operational demands of the Zimbabwe Harare region, including urban response corridors along Samora Machel Avenue, Robert Mugabe Road, and the Harare–Bulawayo highway (A3), as well as peri-urban and rural outlying areas.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, HEMS reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in fuel costs, medical supply prices, or regulatory changes within Zimbabwe.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be settled within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the contracted Paramedic service period. Invoices are payable in USD via bank transfer to the HEMS account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch.
3. All Paramedic personnel assigned to this contract shall be subject to the client's site safety protocols and the Zimbabwe Occupational Safety and Health Act (Chapter 14:04). HEMS shall provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for its Paramedic staff.
4. The Paramedic services shall be governed by the Ministry of Health and Child Care regulations of Zimbabwe. HEMS holds a valid Emergency Medical Services licence (Ref: ZW-EMS-2019-0457) and all Paramedics carry valid ZIMPHCA registration cards.
5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed curfews, or pandemics affecting the Zimbabwe Harare region.
6. Confidentiality: All patient records, incident reports, and operational data generated during the provision of Paramedic services shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act (Chapter 11:12).
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, and failing that, through the competent courts of Zimbabwe.
