This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Downunder Energy Solutions Pty Ltd to provide Coral Coast Resources Ltd with a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Petroleum Engineer to deliver technical consulting services in Australia Brisbane. The scope of work outlined herein addresses the client's requirement for expert petroleum engineering support across reservoir evaluation, production optimisation, and well integrity assessment for the client's onshore gas assets located in the Surat Basin and adjacent Queensland regions, with all administrative and reporting activities to be conducted from our Brisbane office.
This Quotation Estimate is issued in accordance with the Australian Standards for professional services engagement and reflects current market rates for a senior-level Petroleum Engineer operating within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area and surrounding project sites. All pricing is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 10% unless otherwise stated.
The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following services to the client, all to be performed in compliance with the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 (Qld) and relevant Australian Standards:

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after this period, the Petroleum Engineer rates and associated costs may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Brisbane.
3.2 Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month will apply to overdue balances in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 Scope Variations: Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties. The Petroleum Engineer will provide a supplementary cost estimate prior to commencing any variation work.
3.4 Professional Indemnity: Downunder Energy Solutions Pty Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of $20,000,000 AUD, covering all services rendered by the Petroleum Engineer under this engagement. A certificate of insurance will be provided upon request.
3.5 Work Health & Safety: All on-site work in Australia Brisbane and surrounding project locations will be conducted in full compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld). The Petroleum Engineer will hold a valid White Card and will complete the client's site-specific induction prior to any field activity.
3.6 Confidentiality: All technical data, reservoir information, and commercial details provided by the client will be treated as strictly confidential. The Petroleum Engineer and all supporting personnel will be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of this engagement.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services provided will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. The parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation, with jurisdiction vested in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane.
3.8 Intellectual Property: All reports, models, and technical deliverables produced by the Petroleum Engineer specifically for the client under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the amounts specified in this Quotation Estimate.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set out in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Petroleum Engineer to deliver the services described herein in Australia Brisbane and associated project locations.
