All services will be coordinated from our principal office in Australia Melbourne, with field-based activities conducted across the Otway Basin and Gippsland regions of Victoria. The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement holds over fifteen years of experience in reservoir characterisation, well optimisation, production forecasting, and enhanced recovery strategies, and is fully registered with Engineers Australia under the Chartered Engineer (CPEng) designation.

- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer may be subject to revision.
- 2. Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to our Australia Melbourne office account. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
- 3. Scope Changes: Any variation to the scope of work beyond the services described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and additional cost assessment. The Petroleum Engineer will provide a revised estimate prior to commencing any out-of-scope work.
- 4. Travel & Accommodation: All travel, accommodation, and per-diem costs for field site visits within Victoria are included in the rates above. Travel to sites outside the state of Victoria will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.
- 5. Intellectual Property: All reports, models, and technical deliverables produced by the Petroleum Engineer under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. Background IP and proprietary methodologies of Aussie Petroleum Solutions Pty Ltd remain the property of the firm.
- 6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical, commercial, and operational information exchanged during the project. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years.
- 7. Insurance & Compliance: Aussie Petroleum Solutions Pty Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of AUD $20,000,000. The Petroleum Engineer is fully compliant with all Australian occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations and APPEA industry standards.
- 8. Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered and non-cancellable commitments up to the date of termination.
- 9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne, and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- 10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation under the Victorian Commercial Arbitration Act 2011.
