This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Energy Solutions Pty Ltd to Pacific Basin Resources Ltd for the provision of specialised Petroleum Engineer consultancy services to be delivered within the Australia Sydney metropolitan region and its surrounding offshore and onshore petroleum operations. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. A 15% mobilisation deposit is required prior to commencement of the Petroleum Engineer engagement. Progress payments are invoiced monthly in arrears.
- Scope Changes: Any variation to the scope of Petroleum Engineer services beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment, to be agreed in writing by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All data, models, and reports produced by our Petroleum Engineer team in Australia Sydney shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Pacific Basin Resources Ltd.
- Insurance: Apex Energy Solutions Pty Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of no less than AUD 10,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of AUD 20,000,000, as required for Petroleum Engineer operations in Australia.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Australia Sydney in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 (NSW), prior to any litigation.
- Intellectual Property: All deliverables, including reservoir models, completion designs, and technical reports produced by the Petroleum Engineer team, shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the amounts specified in this Quotation Estimate.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Apex Energy Solutions Pty Ltd to proceed with the Petroleum Engineer services as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 3 of this document.
