• Production optimization studies including wellbore completion design, artificial lift system evaluation, and flow assurance assessments.
• Preparation of technical reports and feasibility studies in compliance with the Belgian Federal Service for the Safety of Food Chain (FASFC) and the Directorate-General for Energy (DGE) regulations applicable in Belgium Brussels.
• Subsurface data interpretation, seismic analysis, and geological modeling to support exploration and development decisions.
• Environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting aligned with EU Directive 2010/75/EU as enforced in Belgium Brussels.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, invoiced at the end of each calendar month. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer team may be subject to revision.
2. All services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Belgian Society of Petroleum Engineers (BSPE) and applicable EU directives governing petroleum operations in Belgium Brussels.
3. The Petroleum Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies of EuroPetrol Industries SA and the regulatory requirements of the Belgian Federal Public Service Economy, SMEs, Self-Employed and Energy.
4. Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall remain the property of EuroPetrol Industries SA, unless otherwise agreed in writing. HydroTech Engineering Solutions NV retains the right to use anonymized methodologies for internal training purposes.
5. Confidentiality: All data, documents, and information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Belgian Data Protection Act (Law of 30 July 2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or pandemics affecting operations in Belgium Brussels.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
