Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, due within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. The first invoice shall be issued upon contract execution in São Paulo. A 10% mobilization fee is payable upon signing. All payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of TecPetro Engenharia Ltda., CNPJ 12.345.678/0001-90, Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta 67890-1, São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus SELIC index, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary well data, seismic volumes, and site access permits. Costs related to ANP regulatory filings, environmental impact assessments (EIA/RIMA), and any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Petroleum Engineer workload are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be subject to a separate amendment. All prices are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Exchange rate fluctuations beyond ±5% may trigger a price review clause.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until a formal service contract is executed by both parties in São Paulo, Brazil.
