This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Petroleum Consulting S.A.S. to formally present the professional services of a senior Petroleum Engineer to be deployed at the client's facilities in Colombia Bogotá. The scope encompasses the following technical deliverables and ongoing responsibilities:
- Reservoir Characterization and Modeling: Development and maintenance of 3D numerical reservoir simulation models for the client's active fields in the Llanos Basin and the Magdalena Medio region. The Petroleum Engineer will perform history matching, forecast production scenarios, and optimize well placement strategies.
- Well Performance Analysis: Monthly evaluation of production data, inflow performance relationships (IPR), and deliverability tests for a minimum of 45 producing wells. The Petroleum Engineer will prepare technical reports identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
- Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Studies: Feasibility analysis for waterflood optimization, gas injection pilots, and chemical EOR programs. The Petroleum Engineer will coordinate with the client's geology team and external laboratory partners based in Colombia Bogotá.

Payment shall be made in monthly installments within 15 calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. The first payment is due upon contract signature. All amounts are denominated in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are subject to the applicable IVA tax rate in Colombia Bogotá. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República. The client shall provide a 30-day advance notice for any termination of this Quotation Estimate engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards of the client and Colombian national regulations.
- All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall belong to the client, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this contract for a period of five (5) years.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombia Bogotá, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement.
