This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoTech Engineering Consultants SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a senior Petroleum Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the France Lyon metropolitan area and the broader Rhône-Alpes industrial corridor. The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services tailored to the operational requirements of the client in France Lyon:

4.1 Payment shall be made in monthly installments of EUR 37,521.00 (inclusive of 20% French VAT), due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, by bank transfer to the account designated by GeoTech Engineering Consultants SARL, Lyon, France.
4.2 A mobilization advance of 15% of the total Quotation Estimate value (EUR 67,537.80) shall be payable within ten (10) business days of contract signature to cover initial mobilization, software procurement, and data acquisition costs specific to the France Lyon project site.
4.3 Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, currently set at three times the base rate of the European Central Bank.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the France Lyon engineering services sector.
5.2 The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in reservoir engineering, a recognized engineering degree (Diplôme d’Ingénieur or equivalent), and full professional indemnity insurance compliant with French and EU standards.
5.3 All intellectual property, reports, models, and technical deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment, subject to the Petroleum Engineer’s right to reference the work in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
5.4 Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% completion penalty on the remaining contract value.
5.5 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France Lyon.
5.6 The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable French labor laws, health and safety regulations (Code du travail), and environmental directives relevant to petroleum operations in the France Lyon region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GeoTech Engineering Consultants SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Petroleum Engineer for services to be delivered in France Lyon under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
