All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be delivered in full compliance with the French Code de l'Énergie, the regulations of the Direction Générale de l'Énergie et du Climat (DGEC), and the professional standards set forth by the Bureau Veritas and the French Petroleum Institute (Institut Français du Pétrole – IFP Énergies nouvelles).

The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide comprehensive technical support to your operations headquartered in France Paris. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the account of GeoTech Solutions International S.A., IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX, domiciled at a bank in France Paris:

30% advance payment (EUR 37,728.00) upon signature of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
40% interim payment (EUR 50,304.00) upon completion of the dynamic reservoir simulation and well performance optimization deliverables (Items 02 and 03).
30% final payment (EUR 37,728.00) upon delivery of the final technical report and completion of the knowledge transfer session (Item 06).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions and the availability of the assigned Petroleum Engineer.
All services will be performed by qualified Petroleum Engineer professionals holding valid professional certifications recognized in France. The lead engineer shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in upstream petroleum operations.
The client agrees to provide all necessary subsurface data, well logs, core samples, and operational records required for the execution of the scope of work. Delays in data provision shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
All deliverables produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. GeoTech Solutions International S.A. retains the right to reference the project in anonymized form for professional portfolio purposes, subject to the client's written consent.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in France Paris, shall suspend the obligations of both parties for the duration of the event.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, commercial information, and proprietary methods exchanged during the course of this engagement, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GeoTech Solutions International S.A. to commence the engagement of the Petroleum Engineer and associated services as described herein, to be executed in France Paris and the surrounding Île-de-France region.
