• 30% final payment (EUR 93,855.30) due within 21 calendar days of delivery and client sign-off of the final technical dossier.

• Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

4. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date. After expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
• The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant industry experience and a recognised degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• All work performed in Germany Frankfurt and surrounding regions shall comply with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz – ArbSchG) and applicable HSE standards.
• Intellectual property rights in all deliverables, models, and reports produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
