This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the request for professional Petroleum Engineer consultancy services to be delivered within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area and surrounding onshore and offshore petroleum operations. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Reservoir Characterization and Analysis: A comprehensive Petroleum Engineer assessment of the Jubilee and TEN fields, including well log interpretation, pressure transient analysis, and reservoir simulation model updates. All fieldwork and data processing will be coordinated from our principal office in Ghana Accra.
- Production Optimization Study: Development of a detailed production optimization plan for the client's onshore assets located in the Tarkwa and Ahafo regions, with all reporting and stakeholder presentations to be held in Ghana Accra.
- Well Integrity and Completion Review: A Petroleum Engineer audit of 24 production wells, including casing integrity checks, completion fluid analysis, and recommendations for workover operations.
- Regulatory Compliance Reporting: Preparation of technical reports in compliance with the Petroleum Commission of Ghana, with all submissions and meetings conducted in Ghana Accra.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: A five-day intensive training programme for the client's engineering staff on advanced reservoir engineering techniques, to be conducted at the client's conference facility in Ghana Accra.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Ghana Accra engineering services sector.
- All Petroleum Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid professional registration with the Engineering Council of Ghana and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in West African petroleum operations.
- All work deliverables, reports, and presentations shall be conducted in English and submitted to the client's designated office in Ghana Accra in both hard copy and digital (PDF) format.
- The client shall provide reasonable access to all relevant wells, facilities, and historical data necessary for the Petroleum Engineer team to perform the scoped activities. Delays in access shall extend the project timeline proportionally.
- All intellectual property generated under this engagement, including reservoir models, optimization plans, and training materials, shall become the property of the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
- GeoTech Petroleum Consulting Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 5,000,000 for the duration of the project, valid in Ghana Accra and all operational sites.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate or as mutually agreed.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1998 (Act 562) of Ghana.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Petroleum Engineer services to be performed in and around Ghana Accra, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and payment schedule outlined herein.
