• Technical due diligence support for asset acquisitions and joint venture negotiations in the India Mumbai energy corridor.
• Regulatory compliance review in accordance with Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) guidelines and Oil India Limited (OIL) operational standards.

The engagement of the Petroleum Engineer under this Quotation Estimate is proposed for a period of six (6) months, commencing from the date of Purchase Order issuance. The project will be executed in India Mumbai with periodic offshore deployments. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be shared within five (5) working days of contract execution.

• Advance Payment: 30% of the Grand Total upon signing of the Service Agreement and receipt of the Purchase Order.
• Milestone Payments: 40% payable in two equal installments upon completion of Month 2 and Month 4 deliverables, subject to client sign-off.
• Final Payment: 30% payable within fifteen (15) days of project closure, submission of the final technical report, and handover of all data assets.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in the India Mumbai energy services sector.
2. The Petroleum Engineer assigned shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in upstream petroleum operations and shall be a registered member of the Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP) or equivalent body.
3. All intellectual property, data, and reports generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Client. DeepCore Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
4. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government regulations, port closures, or offshore operational shutdowns beyond reasonable control.
5. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
6. Governance: This document and the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
7. Any changes in scope, additional offshore days, or extended project duration shall be subject to a written Change Order and a revised Quotation Estimate mutually agreed upon by both parties.
