The Petroleum Engineer engagement encompasses the following technical and operational deliverables, all to be executed in compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, and the Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) guidelines applicable to operations in India New Delhi and adjacent regions:

• Reservoir Characterization & Modeling: Comprehensive geological and geophysical analysis of subsurface formations, including seismic data interpretation, well log analysis, and 3D reservoir modeling to determine hydrocarbon potential and recovery factors.
• Well Planning & Drilling Optimization: Design and engineering of exploration and production wells, including casing program design, cementing plans, and drilling fluid recommendations tailored to the specific geological conditions of the target basin.
• Production Enhancement & Decline Analysis: Development of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) strategies, waterflood optimization, and production decline curve analysis to maximize ultimate recovery from existing producing wells.
• Completion & Workover Engineering: Detailed engineering design for well completions, perforation programs, and workover operations to ensure optimal flow rates and well integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Preparation of technical reports, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory submissions as mandated for petroleum operations in India New Delhi and the broader National Capital Region.
• Technical Advisory & Site Supervision: On-site supervision of drilling and production activities, with a minimum of 120 man-days allocated for field presence at designated operational sites.

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of the advance invoice.
• Milestone Payments: 40% payable in two equal installments upon completion of (a) reservoir characterization and well planning deliverables, and (b) production optimization and EOR strategy deliverables.
• Final Payment: 30% payable within 15 working days of successful handover of all final reports, regulatory submissions, and closure documentation.
• All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Apex Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India. Invoices shall be raised in accordance with the GST regulations applicable in India New Delhi.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions, fuel surcharges, or regulatory changes.
• The Petroleum Engineer and all supporting personnel shall be bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDA) covering all subsurface data, production figures, and proprietary information of the client.
• All work shall be performed in accordance with the Indian Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, 1999, and applicable safety standards set by the Directorate General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Engineering (DGFASLE).
• Any change in scope, additional man-days, or unforeseen geological complications shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in India New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Apex Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than INR 5 Crores for the duration of the engagement.
