The Petroleum Engineer team assigned to this engagement in Indonesia Jakarta shall consist of the following qualified professionals:
- Lead Petroleum Engineer: Minimum 15 years of experience in reservoir engineering and well planning, holding a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited institution, registered with the Indonesian Professional Engineers Association (IAI), and possessing valid SKK Migas certification.
- Senior Reservoir Engineer: Minimum 10 years of experience in reservoir simulation and production optimization, with demonstrated expertise in Indonesian basin geology.
- Drilling & Completion Engineer: Minimum 8 years of experience in well design and drilling operations, with specific knowledge of Indonesia Jakarta regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Support Analyst: Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, reporting, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this validity period may be subject to price revision due to market fluctuations, currency exchange rate changes, or updated regulatory requirements in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of all professional fees, travel expenses within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area, and standard equipment usage. International travel, if required, shall be billed separately at actual cost.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract agreement.
- The Petroleum Engineer team shall adhere to all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Oil and Gas Law (UU No. 22 Tahun 2001), SKK Migas operational guidelines, and environmental regulations enforced in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All technical data, reservoir models, well designs, and proprietary information generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Petroleum Engineer team agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional services, or extended timelines must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties prior to execution. The Quotation Estimate amounts shall be adjusted accordingly.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Indonesia Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the basis for negotiation and contract formation.
