This Quotation Estimate is prepared by PetroTech Engineering Solutions Co. to provide comprehensive Petroleum Engineer consulting and technical services for the client's oil and gas operations located in Iran Tehran and surrounding reservoir areas. The scope encompasses reservoir characterization, production optimization, well performance analysis, and strategic field development planning. All services will be delivered by a senior Petroleum Engineer with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Middle Eastern reservoir operations, specifically within the geological formations found in the Iran Tehran region and adjacent provinces.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following milestone-based schedule. All payments are due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance. The Petroleum Engineer engagement in Iran Tehran will commence upon receipt of the initial mobilization payment.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
2. All Petroleum Engineer services will be performed in accordance with the Iranian National Oil Company (NIOC) technical standards and applicable regulations within Iran Tehran and its operational jurisdictions.
3. The client shall provide all necessary well data, core samples, seismic volumes, and site access required for the Petroleum Engineer to execute the scope of work in a timely manner.
4. Any change in scope, additional well analyses, or extended field visits in Iran Tehran will be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
5. All intellectual property, reports, models, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
6. The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all reservoir data, production figures, and proprietary information belonging to the client.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions changes, or civil unrest affecting operations in Iran Tehran, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
9. Taxes, duties, and governmental levies applicable in Iran Tehran shall be borne by the client unless otherwise stipulated in the final service agreement.
10. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement based on the terms herein.

The pricing in this Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions in Iran Tehran and does not include: (a) costs associated with new well drilling or workover operations; (b) laboratory core analysis beyond standard routine analysis; (c) third-party seismic reprocessing; or (d) any regulatory permitting fees. The Petroleum Engineer will coordinate with the client's operations team to ensure all data prerequisites are met before commencing each work package.
