1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Petroleum Engineer services in the Israel Tel Aviv region.
2. All pricing is denominated in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). The Petroleum Engineer will be engaged under a professional services contract governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with the principal place of performance being Tel Aviv, Israel.
3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of month six, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
4. The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of ₪ 5,000,000, as required by the Israel Ministry of Energy for licensed petroleum engineering practitioners operating in Israel Tel Aviv and its offshore jurisdictions.
5. Confidentiality: All data, reservoir models, and production figures shared during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
