Payment for the Petroleum Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: an initial mobilisation payment of 20% (€17,999.80) upon execution of the service agreement; monthly progress payments of 10% (€8,999.90) invoiced at the end of each calendar month for the duration of the engagement; and a final settlement payment of the remaining balance upon delivery and acceptance of all project deliverables. All invoices shall be issued in accordance with Italian electronic invoicing requirements (Fattura Elettronica) via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) and shall reference the Quotation Estimate number QTE-2025-MIL-0047.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Petroleum Engineer rates and availability may be subject to revision.
- The total estimated cost of €89,999.00 (inclusive of IVA) is a firm estimate for the scope of work described herein. Any additional Petroleum Engineer services requested outside the defined scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.
