The Petroleum Engineer will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• Well performance analysis and production forecasting for twelve (12) existing wells and four (4) planned development wells.
• Preparation of a detailed water injection optimization plan compliant with Italian Ministry of Transition Ecological regulations.
• Conduct of relative permeability and capillary pressure curve analysis for heterogeneous reservoir zones.
• Monthly technical reporting and presentation to the client's technical committee in Italy Rome.
• Regulatory compliance review in accordance with ENI/Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development (ENEA) guidelines.

The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from the Sapienza University of Rome, with over fourteen (14) years of progressive experience in onshore and offshore reservoir engineering. The engineer is a registered member of the Italian Association of Petroleum Engineers (AIP) and holds valid professional liability insurance as required for operations within Italy Rome and the broader Lazio region. All work will be performed in strict adherence to the Italian Civil Code provisions governing professional services contracts (Articles 2236–2242).

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: thirty percent (30%) upon contract signature, forty percent (40%) upon delivery of the reservoir model and well performance reports, and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final acceptance of all deliverables. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer may be subject to revision.
• All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including reservoir models, simulation results, and technical reports, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all subsurface data, well logs, and proprietary information provided by the client, in compliance with the Italian Data Protection Regulation (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Any change in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties prior to execution.
