1. SCOPE OF SERVICES – PETROLEUM ENGINEER CONSULTANCYThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Sub-Saharan Energy Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a qualified Petroleum Engineer for the client's upstream hydrocarbon operations in Ivory Coast Abidjan. The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, well completion design, production optimization, and subsurface analysis, with demonstrated expertise in West African sedimentary basins, including the Gulf of Guinea and the onshore/offshore blocks of the Ivory Coast.
The scope of work covered by this Quotation Estimate includes, but is not limited to: reservoir characterization and static/dynamic modeling; well performance analysis and decline curve forecasting; production optimization studies for existing wells in the Ivory Coast Abidjan operational zone; completion and workover design reviews; artificial lift system selection and sizing; water management and conformance improvement planning; and preparation of technical reports in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Ivorian Hydrocarbons Regulatory Authority (ARHC).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Petroleum Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, including but not limited to the Ivorian Petroleum Code, labor regulations, and environmental standards enforced by the Ministry of Mines and Hydrocarbons.
- Sub-Saharan Energy Consulting Ltd. shall provide a qualified Petroleum Engineer with a valid professional license, minimum ten years of relevant experience, and fluency in both English and French to facilitate communication with local authorities in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- All intellectual property, data, and reports generated by the Petroleum Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment.
- The Client shall provide the Petroleum Engineer with timely access to all relevant well data, seismic volumes, core samples, and operational records necessary to perform the scope of work in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns in Ivory Coast Abidjan, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
