  • Reservoir Engineering Analysis: Conduct detailed reservoir simulation, material balance studies, and production forecasting for onshore and offshore fields operating under the jurisdiction of the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur petroleum authority. The Petroleum Engineer shall prepare comprehensive reservoir performance reports aligned with PETRONAS and MIDA regulatory standards.
  • Well Engineering & Completion Design: Design and evaluate well completion strategies, including artificial lift system selection, cementing programme review, and well integrity assessments for all active and planned wells within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur operational basin.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. The first payment shall be due upon the commencement of the Petroleum Engineer engagement. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of Energy & Resources Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. at Maybank, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Late Payment of Outstanding Claims Act 2017.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Petroleum Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
  • All Petroleum Engineer deliverables shall be subject to a quality assurance review by the client's technical team prior to final acceptance.
  • The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of MYR 5,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
  • Confidentiality and intellectual property rights shall be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to the commencement of work.
