- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations between USD and MXN, and availability of the designated Petroleum Engineer.
- All services will be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Mexican Society of Petroleum Engineers (SMP) and applicable international engineering codes (API, SPE, ISO 14224).
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon execution of the service contract, 40% upon delivery of the interim technical report, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices will be issued in USD and are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt via wire transfer to the account of PetroConsult México, S.A. de C.V., Mexico Mexico City.
- The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement shall hold a valid professional license (cédula profesional) issued by the Mexican Ministry of Public Education (SEP) and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 2,000,000.
- All intellectual property, data, and reports generated under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Petroleum Engineer and PetroConsult México shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.
- Any change in scope, additional well sites, or extended timelines must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Petroleum Engineer will provide a revised Quotation Estimate for any such modifications within five (5) business days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement, governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States and with jurisdiction in Mexico Mexico City, must be executed prior to the commencement of any work.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulatory changes affecting the Mexican hydrocarbon sector, or public health emergencies, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, cost, and terms for the engagement of the Petroleum Engineer services described herein, to be executed in and around Mexico Mexico City and associated field locations within the Republic of México.
