- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Delta Petroleum Consulting (Myanmar) Co., Ltd.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables by the client in Myanmar Yangon.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider. The client is responsible for any applicable foreign exchange fees in Myanmar.
- The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in upstream petroleum operations and shall be a licensed professional engineer recognized by the Myanmar Engineers Council.
- Intellectual property and all technical data generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Petroleum Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be billed separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- The service provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including the Petroleum Law (2019) and environmental regulations enforced by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or government-imposed restrictions in Myanmar Yangon, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations during the affected period.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
