This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delta Reservoir Solutions B.V. to provide comprehensive Petroleum Engineer consultancy and technical services for the client's subsurface asset management programme. All services will be delivered from our principal office located in Netherlands Amsterdam, ensuring proximity to the client's headquarters and facilitating on-site collaboration as required.
The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Reservoir Characterisation & Modelling: A senior Petroleum Engineer will lead the construction and calibration of 3D numerical reservoir models for the client's North Sea gas assets. This includes geological interpretation, relative permeability analysis, and history matching over a minimum 12-month production window.
- Well Performance Analysis: Detailed inflow performance relationships (IPR) and outflow performance relationships (OPR) for 14 producing wells, with recommendations for artificial lift optimisation and workover scheduling.
- Production Forecasting & Decline Analysis: Development of probabilistic production forecasts (P10, P50, P90) using both analytical decline curve methods and full numerical simulation, aligned with the client's 20-year asset life plan.
- Enhanced Oil & Gas Recovery (EOR/EGOR) Feasibility: Preliminary screening and economic evaluation of waterflood optimisation and gas injection strategies, including CO2 sequestration potential in accordance with Dutch environmental regulations.
- Regulatory & Compliance Reporting: Preparation of technical submissions to the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy (EZK) and the National Oil Company (NAM) as required under the Netherlands Petroleum Act (Mineralenwet 2010).

Payment shall be made in monthly instalments, invoiced on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. A 10% mobilisation fee is due upon contract signature. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to Delta Reservoir Solutions B.V., ING Bank, IBAN NL91 INGB 0001 2345 67, Amsterdam. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate (wettelijke rente) as defined under Article 6:119 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer team are subject to revision.
- All work will be performed in accordance with the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbeidsomstandighedenwet) and applicable health and safety regulations for the Netherlands.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement, including reservoir models, reports, and forecasts, shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Delta Reservoir Solutions B.V. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of €5,000,000, as is standard practice for Petroleum Engineer services in the Netherlands.
- Any changes to scope, duration, or deliverables must be agreed in writing via a formal Change Order. The Quotation Estimate shall be amended accordingly.
- Governing law: The laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Petroleum Engineer services to be delivered in Netherlands Amsterdam under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
