This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement between the Petroleum Engineer (service provider) and the client in New Zealand Auckland:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability.
- Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments aligned with project milestones. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
