4. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate is structured on a milestone-based payment schedule. An initial deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total amount, being $31,671.00 (inclusive of GST), is due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: the first upon completion of the site inspection and reservoir modelling phase, and the second upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report in New Zealand Wellington. All payments are to be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account details provided by Meridian Energy Engineering Ltd. within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date. 5. Terms and Conditions
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the proposed Petroleum Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
Confidentiality: All data, models, and reports generated under this engagement shall be treated as confidential property of the Wellington Regional Energy Authority. The Petroleum Engineer and Meridian Energy Engineering Ltd. shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work.
