The scope of work described herein is specifically tailored to meet the operational requirements of the client within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Islamabad and its surrounding hydrocarbon-producing regions. This document serves as a binding financial proposal upon acceptance and is intended to ensure full transparency in cost allocation for all deliverables.

The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables:

Reservoir Modeling and Simulation: Development of 3D numerical reservoir models using industry-standard software (Eclipse, CMG) for the Sulaiman Basin exploration blocks, with monthly calibration reports submitted to the client's Pakistan Islamabad headquarters.
Production Optimization Analysis: Conducting decline curve analysis, nodal analysis, and artificial lift system evaluation for a minimum of twelve (12) producing wells to enhance recovery factors and reduce operational downtime.
Well Performance Auditing: Performing quarterly well-by-well performance audits, including inflow performance relationships (IPR) and outflow performance relationships (OPR), with written recommendations for workover or stimulation programs.
Technical Reporting and Presentations: Preparing monthly technical progress reports and presenting findings to the client's senior management team at their Pakistan Islamabad corporate office on a bi-weekly basis.
Regulatory Compliance Support: Assisting the client in preparing technical submissions to the Pakistan Petroleum Corporation (PPC) and the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) as required under the Petroleum Act, 1960.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Delivering two (2) on-site training workshops for the client's junior engineering staff on advanced reservoir engineering methodologies, to be conducted at the Pakistan Islamabad training facility.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require revalidation of all rates and terms.

4.2 Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the corresponding invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the prevailing regulations in Pakistan Islamabad.

4.3 The Petroleum Engineer assigned under this contract shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in reservoir engineering and shall be a registered member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

4.4 All intellectual property, data, and reports generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Petroleum Engineer and HydroTech shall not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without written consent.

4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party laboratory analyses, core sampling, or seismic data acquisition, which shall be billed separately if required.

4.6 In the event of force majeure, either party may suspend obligations without penalty. All work shall resume within fourteen (14) days of the cessation of the force majeure event.

4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and financial figures outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Petroleum Engineer and associated services as described herein, to be executed in and around Pakistan Islamabad and the designated field locations.
