Scope of Work – Petroleum Engineer Services in Peru LimaThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Petroleum Consulting S.A.C. to provide comprehensive Petroleum Engineer professional services for the client's operations based in Peru Lima. The scope encompasses reservoir engineering analysis, well performance optimization, production forecasting, and technical advisory support for onshore and offshore hydrocarbon assets within the Callao and Lima metropolitan regions. 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the pricing for the Petroleum Engineer services may be revised due to market conditions, currency fluctuations, or changes in Peruvian regulatory requirements.
2. Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the reservoir study and well optimization deliverables, and 30% upon final acceptance of all Petroleum Engineer reports and the completion of the on-site advisory period in Peru Lima.
3. Payment Method: Bank transfer to the account of Andes Petroleum Consulting S.A.C. at Banco de Crédito del Perú, Lima branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian SUNAT regulations.
4. Deliverables: All technical reports, models, and recommendations produced by our Petroleum Engineer team will be delivered in both digital (PDF and native software formats) and printed form. The client retains full intellectual property rights over all deliverables specific to their Peru Lima assets.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all technical data, production figures, and proprietary information exchanged during the execution of this Quotation Estimate. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
6. Liability and Insurance: Andes Petroleum Consulting S.A.C. maintains professional liability insurance covering all Petroleum Engineer activities performed in Peru Lima. The client is responsible for providing safe access to operational sites and ensuring compliance with all Peruvian occupational health and safety regulations.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory changes affecting the petroleum sector in Peru.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCIL).
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Andes Petroleum Consulting S.A.C. to proceed with the Petroleum Engineer services as described herein for the Peru Lima project scope. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to the terms and conditions outlined above.
