This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request from Philippine National Energy Corporation for the engagement of a senior Petroleum Engineer to provide comprehensive technical advisory services for the exploration and production operations currently underway in the Philippines Manila metropolitan area and surrounding offshore blocks. The Petroleum Engineer shall deliver a full suite of subsurface evaluation, reservoir characterization, and production optimization services tailored to the unique geological conditions of the Philippines Manila region.
The scope encompasses wellbore integrity assessment, reservoir modeling, production forecasting, and regulatory compliance review in accordance with the Philippine Department of Energy (DOE) and the Philippine Oil and Gas Exploration Committee (POGEC) standards. All deliverables under this Quotation Estimate are designed to support the client's strategic energy development plans within the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Philippines Manila engineering services sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the Service Agreement, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (reservoir modeling delivery), and 20% upon final acceptance of all Petroleum Engineer deliverables.
- All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the account designated by GeoTech Petroleum Solutions Inc. in the Philippines Manila banking system.
- The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license and shall comply with all Philippine labor and professional engineering standards.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality: All data, well logs, seismic interpretations, and proprietary information shared during the engagement in the Philippines Manila area shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in the Philippines Manila region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
Upon completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the Petroleum Engineer team shall deliver the following to the client at the designated Philippines Manila office location:

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Petroleum Engineer services in the Philippines Manila area.
