The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in upstream oil and gas operations. The engineer shall be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and hold valid professional certification. Prior experience in projects located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or the Eastern Province shall be considered a strong advantage. The Petroleum Engineer must demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software including Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, and iFields, and must be fluent in both English and Arabic to facilitate effective communication with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies in Riyadh.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a mobilization advance of twenty-five percent (25%) upon contract execution; monthly progress payments of ten percent (10%) per completed month of service; and a final payment of the remaining balance upon successful project closure and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Riyadh Energy Solutions Ltd. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

5.2 The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards enforced by the relevant authorities in Riyadh.

5.3 All intellectual property, reports, and technical deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.

5.4 Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.

5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

5.6 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Any scope changes, additional well interventions, or extended site access requirements beyond the stated durations will be subject to a supplementary quotation issued by Al-Riyadh Energy Solutions Ltd. The Petroleum Engineer services are exclusive of client-provided equipment, laboratory analysis costs, and third-party data acquisition fees.
