1. Scope of Work — Petroleum Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Energy Solutions Pte. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Petroleum Engineer consultancy and on-site technical services for the exploration and production operations located in the Singapore Singapore offshore jurisdiction. The scope encompasses reservoir engineering analysis, well completion design, production optimization, and regulatory compliance support in accordance with the standards set by the Singapore Singapore Energy Market Authority and the International Association of Petroleum Engineers (IAPe).
The designated Petroleum Engineer team shall consist of one Lead Petroleum Engineer (20+ years experience), two Senior Petroleum Engineers, and three Associate Petroleum Engineers, all holding valid professional registrations recognized in Singapore Singapore. The team will be stationed at the client's operational base in Singapore Singapore and will conduct regular offshore mobilizations as required by the project schedule.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Petroleum Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 30% advance mobilization payment upon contract execution; 70% payable in monthly installments aligned with the Petroleum Engineer team's service delivery milestones.
- All Petroleum Engineer personnel assigned to this project in Singapore Singapore shall comply with the Employment Act of Singapore Singapore and the relevant offshore safety regulations.
- The Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party laboratory testing, seismic data acquisition, or capital expenditure on equipment, unless explicitly stated in a supplementary amendment.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Petroleum Engineer workload shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, reservoir models, and production figures generated during the engagement in Singapore Singapore shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
