- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, reflecting hours and deliverables completed during the preceding calendar month.
- A mobilisation fee equivalent to 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value (R 245,200.24 incl. VAT) is due upon signing of the service agreement and prior to commencement of work.
- All services will be rendered in accordance with the South African National Standards (SANS) and the Code of Conduct for Professional Engineers as prescribed by the South African Council for the Engineering Professions (SACEP).
