- This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
- All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable Korean Value Added Tax (VAT) at 10%, which will be added to the final invoice upon acceptance.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall report to the client's designated office in South Korea Seoul no later than the first business day of the agreed start date.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month assignment in South Korea Seoul.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all local labor regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements applicable in South Korea Seoul and the Republic of Korea.
- Any change in scope of work, extension of the assignment period, or modification to the Petroleum Engineer's duties in South Korea Seoul shall be subject to a supplemental Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
