4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or regulatory cost adjustments within the Spain Madrid jurisdiction.
- All services rendered by the Petroleum Engineer shall be performed in strict compliance with Spanish occupational health and safety legislation (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) and the specific environmental permits governing hydrocarbon activities in the Spain Madrid region.
