All pricing is structured to comply with the regulatory framework established by the Sri Lankan Department of Energy and Mineral Resources and the applicable standards of the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) as they pertain to petroleum and natural gas operations in Sri Lanka Colombo.

The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables while operating out of the client's premises in Sri Lanka Colombo:

• Reservoir Characterization & Modeling: Conduct detailed geological and geophysical analysis of subsurface formations, develop 3D reservoir models, and produce volumetric and dynamic reserve estimates for the designated exploration blocks in the Colombo offshore sector.
• Well Design & Completion Engineering: Prepare comprehensive well design packages including casing programs, cementing plans, completion strategies, and artificial lift system recommendations for both new drilling campaigns and workover operations.
• Production Optimization Studies: Perform inflow performance analysis (IPR), outflow performance analysis (OPR), and nodal analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective measures to maximize hydrocarbon recovery rates.
• Drilling & Completion Supervision: Provide on-site and remote technical supervision during all drilling, completion, and stimulation activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and operational best practices.
• Technical Reporting & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare monthly and quarterly technical progress reports, submit mandatory filings to the Sri Lankan regulatory authorities, and present findings to the client's board of directors in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver a minimum of four (4) structured training sessions per quarter to the client's in-house engineering team, covering advanced petroleum engineering methodologies and software tools.
• Vendor & Contractor Technical Evaluation: Review and evaluate technical proposals from drilling contractors, equipment suppliers, and service companies operating in the Sri Lanka Colombo petroleum sector.

• A mobilization advance of 25% of the Grand Total shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Monthly professional fees shall be invoiced on the 25th of each month and are payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
• Well design packages and on-site supervision fees shall be invoiced upon completion of each respective milestone.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of DeepOcean Engineering & Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Main Branch, Sri Lanka.
• Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of LKR 50,000,000 throughout the engagement period.
• All intellectual property, data, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Petroleum Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
• The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced and settled in full.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995.
• The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations as enforced by the Sri Lankan government and the Colombo Municipal Council.
