This document constitutes a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above unless otherwise amended in writing by both parties.

The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables in full compliance with Swiss federal regulations, cantonal environmental directives applicable to the Zurich region, and international best practices in petroleum and geothermal engineering:

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization and static/dynamic modelling for the client's subsurface assets in the Switzerland Zurich area, including seismic interpretation, well log analysis, and petrophysical evaluation.
• Develop and maintain 3D geological and reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, CMG) to forecast production performance and optimize well placement strategies.
• Perform production data analysis, decline curve analysis, and material balance studies to support operational decision-making and reserve estimation in accordance with SPE/WPC standards.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and regulatory submissions required by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (BFE) and the Canton of Zurich environmental authorities.
• Provide on-site technical supervision at the client's operational facilities in Zurich and surrounding cantonal sites, with a minimum of 120 on-site days per contract year.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and conditions must be renegotiated in writing.
2. The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000 per claim, as required for engineering consultancy operations in Switzerland Zurich and the broader Swiss federal jurisdiction.
3. All intellectual property, data, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of the amounts stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
