This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoTech Energy Consulting Ltd. to formally present the cost structure, deliverables, and professional engagement terms for the deployment of a qualified Petroleum Engineer in Turkey Ankara. The scope encompasses all technical, administrative, and logistical components required to deliver comprehensive petroleum engineering services within the Ankara metropolitan area and its surrounding geological formations. This document serves as the binding financial reference for both parties once accepted in writing.
The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables specific to the Turkey Ankara operating region:
- Reservoir Modeling & Simulation: Development of 3D static and dynamic reservoir models for the Central Anatolia Basin using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse, CMG). The Petroleum Engineer will calibrate models against available well log, core, and production data specific to the Turkey Ankara subsurface.
- Well Performance Analysis: Conducting inflow performance relationships (IPR), outflow performance relationships (OPR), and nodal analysis for a minimum of twelve (12) producing wells located within the Ankara concession area.
- Production Optimization: Designing and recommending artificial lift systems, water injection strategies, and pressure maintenance programs tailored to the reservoir characteristics found in Turkey Ankara.
- Geological & Petrophysical Integration: Collaborating with the geology team to update facies models, net-to-gross ratios, and relative permeability curves based on new core analysis data from the Ankara region.
- Regulatory Compliance Reporting: Preparing monthly and quarterly technical reports in compliance with the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (TEİAŞ) reporting standards applicable to operations in Turkey Ankara.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance; 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Month 6); and 30% upon final delivery of all reports and the closing technical presentation in Turkey Ankara. All invoices shall be payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Turkish commercial law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer may be subject to revision.
5.2. The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement in Turkey Ankara shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of post-graduate experience in reservoir engineering and shall be registered with the relevant Turkish professional engineering chamber (TMMOB Maden Mühendisleri Odası) where applicable.
5.3. All work products, data, and reports generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.
5.4. The client shall provide timely access to all well data, seismic volumes, and subsurface information necessary for the Petroleum Engineer to perform the scope of work in Turkey Ankara. Delays in data provision shall extend the project timeline proportionally.
5.5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting the Turkey Ankara region, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations for the duration of the event.
5.6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and financial figures presented in this Quotation Estimate for Petroleum Engineer services to be rendered in Turkey Ankara. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
