The designated Petroleum Engineer shall hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in hydrocarbon reservoir management, with demonstrated competence in both onshore and offshore operations characteristic of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi geological formations. The engineer must be registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy (DoE) and hold a valid professional license issued under the UAE regulatory framework.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Admiral Energy Solutions LLC.
• All rates quoted are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the assigned Petroleum Engineer's professional fees, technical supervision, and deliverable preparation. Rates are exclusive of VAT, which is applied at the prevailing UAE rate of 5%.
• The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and all site-specific HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols in force at the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi operating locations.
• Payment terms: 30% advance mobilization upon contract execution; 60% in monthly progress payments based on certified deliverables; 10% retention released upon final project acceptance and handover.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the contract annexure within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month.
• The Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Overtime beyond these hours shall be billed at 1.5x the daily rate, subject to prior written approval by the client's project manager.
• Intellectual property generated during the engagement, including all reservoir models, simulation results, and technical reports, shall vest exclusively in the client upon full payment.
