The designated Petroleum Engineer will operate from the client's premises in central United Kingdom London and will be available for on-site visits to operational facilities as required. All deliverables will comply with the standards set by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the Oil and Gas UK (OGUK) guidelines, and the relevant Royal Institution of Chartered Engineers (RICE) professional codes of practice applicable within the United Kingdom.

This Quotation Estimate assumes payment in three instalments as follows:

• Instalment 1 (30%): £33,372.00 – Due upon execution of the service agreement and commencement of the Petroleum Engineer engagement in United Kingdom London.
• Instalment 2 (40%): £44,496.00 – Due upon delivery of the interim technical report and completion of the mid-project review.

All payments shall be made by BACS transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Late payments will attract interest at a rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as applicable in the United Kingdom.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer may be subject to revision.
• All services will be performed by a qualified and chartered Petroleum Engineer holding membership of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) or the Royal Academy of Engineering, operating in compliance with UK professional standards.
• The client shall provide all necessary data, access to facilities, and permits required for the Petroleum Engineer to carry out the scope of work in United Kingdom London and at offshore locations.

• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or industrial disputes within the United Kingdom.

• This Quotation Estimate assumes a single Petroleum Engineer resource. Should the client require additional engineers or specialist sub-consultants, a supplementary quotation will be issued.

• Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original hours will be subject to a formal variation order and additional charges.
