- Well completion optimization and artificial lift system selection.
- Preparation of technical reports, SPE-format papers, and regulatory filings compliant with United States Houston and Texas state requirements.
- On-site field visits to client facilities within the United States Houston area (up to 4 site visits per month included).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing for the Petroleum Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States Houston energy sector.
- All rates quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Petroleum Engineer's professional expertise, standard engineering tools, and project management oversight. Travel beyond the United States Houston metropolitan area (defined as a 50-mile radius from downtown Houston) will be billed at $0.85 per mile plus per diem at $120 per day.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the reservoir simulation and EOR feasibility deliverables, and 30% upon final project closeout and delivery of all technical reports.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, as required for engineering services in the State of Texas.
- All intellectual property, models, and reports generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Petroleum Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. A formal Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) will be executed prior to commencement of the Petroleum Engineer's services.
- Any changes to scope, additional wells, or extended timelines must be documented via a written Change Order approved by both parties before work proceeds.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in the Harris County District Courts, United States Houston.
