This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions regarding the Petroleum Engineer engagement in United States Los Angeles:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the assigned Petroleum Engineer team may be subject to revision.
- All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under California law, whichever is lower.
- CalifEnergy Engineering Solutions LLC shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, naming the client as an additional insured, throughout the project duration in United States Los Angeles.
- All deliverables, including reports, models, and data files, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Petroleum Engineer team retains the right to reference the project in anonymized case studies.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The client agrees to provide reasonable access to operational sites, data rooms, and personnel necessary for the Petroleum Engineer to perform the scoped services.
