Scope of Work – Petroleum Engineer ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Energy Consulting Group to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a senior Petroleum Engineer to Atlantic Basin Exploration LLC. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned Petroleum Engineer are subject to revision.
- All services shall be performed by a licensed and certified Petroleum Engineer holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the New York State Education Department, Board for Professional Engineering.
- Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 35% upon delivery of the dynamic simulation models, and 25% upon final report acceptance. Invoices are payable net thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
- All work products, including reservoir models, simulation files, and technical reports, shall become the exclusive property of Atlantic Basin Exploration LLC upon full payment.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence, naming the client as an additional insured party.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours beyond the quoted quantities will be billed at the hourly rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- All services are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed between the parties. The Petroleum Engineer shall not disclose proprietary reservoir data, production figures, or strategic plans to any third party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- Governing law: The State of New York. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The client acknowledges that the Petroleum Engineer's estimates and projections are based on available data and industry-standard methodologies and do not guarantee specific production outcomes.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Meridian Energy Consulting Group to proceed with the Petroleum Engineer services as described herein, subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
